All security officers undergo rigorous preparation at the licensed Focus Security Training Center, completing state-mandated courses as well as specialized training for supervisors, inspectors, and instructors. Additionally, we offer custom training programs for your organization, including self-defense, suspicious package (EOD) protocols, and active shooter response—ensuring reliable, high-quality protection you can trust.

Organizational Structure

Headquartered in Chonburi and established in 2016, Focus Security Guard operates through regional branches led by dedicated branch managers and operations officers reporting directly to the Board of Directors. We operate our own licensed training facility—the Focus Security Training Center—staffed by subject-matter experts who oversee a holistic curriculum. This ensures our personnel possess the expertise, operational skills, and specialized capabilities tailored to specific client needs.
